Cassie Bindel, founder of Tidal Yoga, is a 200-hour certified yoga teacher with advanced training in AYAMA (Applied Yoga Anatomy + Muscle Activation). Her mission is to equip students with tools to reduce pain, retrain movement and restore strength and stability.
